🌍Can I join from outside Malaysia?

Yes! STRIDEWORLD 2027 is open to runners worldwide.

👥Can I register multiple participants at once?

Yes! Add as many participants as needed in one submission.

📦How does multiple address shipping work?

Each delivery address = one full Aramex courier charge. 2 addresses = 2× courier charges.

📱What app can I use to track my runs?

Any fitness app is accepted — Strava, Garmin, Apple Fitness, Samsung Health, etc.

⏰Is there a deadline?

All participants must complete and submit by 31 December 2027.

📊How do I submit my running progress?

Use the Progress Update Survey button anytime to log your KM. Final submission verified within 3 working days.

💳What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay, Alipay, Apple Pay, and online banking (FPX) - all through one secure registration form, for every country including mainland China.

🔒Can I change my distance tier after registering?

No. Your distance tier is fixed upon registration and cannot be changed. Please choose carefully based on your fitness level and 2027 running goals.

💰Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. If you are unable to complete your distance by 31 December 2027, you will still receive your participation pack.

🚶Does walking or treadmill distance count?

Yes! All movement counts — outdoor runs, treadmill, walks, and hikes. As long as your fitness app records the distance, it is accepted. We celebrate every kilometre regardless of pace.

🔗Can I combine distances from different apps?

Yes, distances from multiple apps or devices can be combined. When submitting, provide screenshots from each source showing dates and distances. Totals are calculated by our team.

❓What if I do not complete my full distance target?

If you do not reach your registered distance by 31 December 2027, the finisher e-certificate will not be issued. We encourage participants to choose a tier that suits their fitness level.

👕When will my Challenger T-Shirt be sent?

Your Challenger T-Shirt will be shipped shortly after registration is confirmed — 1 per participant, adult sizes XS–5XL only. Your e-certificate and digital badge are issued after your distance is verified.

📬Can I change my delivery address after registering?

Address changes must be requested within 14 days of registration via sales@virtualrunmy.com or WhatsApp. Changes cannot be accommodated after this window.

👶Is there a minimum age requirement?

There is no minimum age requirement — everyone is welcome! However, we do not provide kids' sizing. All t-shirts are in adult sizes (XS to 5XL). Parents may register on behalf of their children.
